Shipping & Returns

Our products are of greatly differing sizes and weight, for details on shipping costs please see individual product pages. When ordering multiple products, the total shipping cost will be the combined shipping cost of each item.
All orders and prices are assumed to be for UK deliveries. UK deliveries are sent by courier and will require a signature on receipt.
International orders may be subject to additional charges before shipping, or subject to rejection.
If the item is in stock, orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days of payment. In the event an item is not in stock, you will be informed immediately. Some items are made to order and thus have longer processing times, this is indicated where appropriate.
Any delivery times are estimates from the date of shipping. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond our control.
Upon delivery, please check your boxes are as expected and are not damaged in any way. Any damage during shipping should be immediately reported to the courier when received.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your items, we will offer a refund or exchange (stock dependent) on any unmarked goods within 30 days of delivery.
We comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, under which you have the right to cancel a contract for an order within 14 working days of receipt of products.
This is excluding any special requests, which due to the bespoke nature are not covered by the above regulations and can only be returned under warranty.
If you do wish to return an item, please inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and your original order.
Products being returned should be wrapped safely and securely in original packaging for transit back to Intimate Audio. We are unable to accept returns which have been damaged in transit.
We recommend you ensure you receive proof of postage and use a recorded or signed for service when returning an item to us.
Returned products will be inspected on arrival and refunds processed within 30 days. Refunds will be made in the same form as your original payment.
Postal costs for both original delivery and return remain the responsibility of the customer and may only be reimbursed in the case of faulty products.
